Classpass

    Extremely terrible customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly a year. Referred a friend this month (who hadn’t even heard of classpass before), and they became a paying subscriber within a week, but now Classpass refuses to pay out the referral. Customer service kept copy-pasting generic answers that had nothing to do with the situation, then offered 5 free credits (worth £7.5 AT MOST instead of the promised £30) because they couldn’t give me a real answer on why the referral wasn’t going to get paid. The false advertising is so disappointing. Pure scam.
