OX Car Care is a scam and its ad should be removed from the radio. I have made two separate claims with OX Car Care and each time the claims have been denied and they will not speak with the repair shops. The repair shop followed the instruction in the letter on how to submit a claim via email and did not receive a response until almost a week after each incident.I made several calls to their customer care number on two occasions out of three calls the representative was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns.I will be canceling my warranty with the company and reporting my experience with OX Car Care to the FBI, Congress, and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.
