This company is a scam company with a joke of a customer service department. I had to explain my problem 6 times for her to understand due to her not understanding English very well. And she kept going back to her script to have a conversation. Then she informed me that they would charge my 83 yr old mother $31 to return a $120 item. Avoid this company, I know I will!!!!
