Needs to be an option for zero or negative star reviews! Why hasn’t this obviously unlegit site being allowed to scam hardworking people with their erroneous fees and ridiculous cancellation or change fees? They are scammers and rip off artists and should be shut down. How can we accomplish this? What are the steps to getting this website off the internet?? Booked a one night stay and within hours realized I needed to change it and the change fee was almost as much money as the entire reservation fee. WHAT????????????? Help!!
