I used a technician you sent me (his name is Robert Smeallie) and paid him almost $ 2500 upfront for parts over a week ago (June 7th) for replacing my existing PTAC units and now he doesn’t pick up the phone anymore after I paid down the deposit. Is this a SCAM? Do you guys even vet your technicians? I am planning to file a police report against him and going to start legal litigation against him and your company if I don’t hear back from him soon to get this resolved or if he doesn’t plan to pay me back my money as this is considered a felony in the state of New Jersey.
