Have been with Shopify for 5 years now and have watched their customer service plummet while their prices skyrocket. Paying over $2k a month for crap service and to downgrade to a regular plan, you have to call them multiple times and jump through hoops. Total scam. Am now looking into Big Commerce or Squarespace
