Scammers are using the Avail application to collect your personal information. I’ll currently looking for a place. And it just so happen that I found a place that I looked on Zumper. There were 2 listings for this property on Zumper, one with the unit number and it was $200 more and was listed from a known local property management company then the other which did not have a unit number and had contact information that was different from the first listing. So, I sent a message to the contact with the cheaper listing. And they sent me an email asking that I fill out the Avail application and the texted me as well. Need less to say I reported the listing a fraud with Zumper and deleted the email with the Avail application request. BECAREFUL as scammers are using Avail to collect your personal information.
