Tickets arrived 15m before the gates opened and the customer service was terrible so we thought it was scam and didn’t go as we were a 3h drive away without tickets all day. I don’t believe we would have been given the tickets if we didn’t try get hold of them ALL day. They then claimed they delivered on their promise delivering tickets before the event. They just want money and don’t care about the service they provide. And that’s if they are actually providing one. Don’t be fooled by their well put together website and automated emails. SCAM
