I am giving 1 star because I can’t rate it any lower. I’ll never buys tickets from seatsnet ever again! I can only describe it as the worst experience of my life. Bought Coldplay tickets. Paid super expensive for tickets with good view (section 316) facing the stage, got tickets with obstructed view (section 201) facing the back of the stage. Called from my mobile and from my friends mobile, we both spent over £25 in credit and never managed to get through. I’ve been emailing them and they have been ignoring all correspondence since.We didn’t enjoy and were so sad to experience such a massive disappointment on a day that was supposed to be a dream come true.What a bunch of scammers!!
