Tried their service for the first time. Was told a small fee would secure a reply from a solicitor – which it did BUT, without being made aware (possibly it was somewhere in the small print) they then tried taking a substantial amount from my card every month. Luckily my card provider asked me to confirm before paying and I was able to block them as scammers, but they keep trying. Will now have to try and cancel with them – which I’m guessing will be difficult.
