    I never received my complete order. I had ordered 12 items and only ended up receiving 1 dress. It’s been over month since I’ve placed the order. I tried to contact customer service about it but they just told me to ask the courier, basically that it’s not their problem. I don’t even have the ability to do that as the tracking information doesn’t tell me a U.S. courtier or a local tracking number, or lead me to a site that tells me how to report an issue…and it most definitely doesn’t send me to J&T’s (the listed courtier) site. I contacted them again telling them my issue, we’ll see how they respond but I’m not hopeful and I feel scammed out of so so much money. I was so hopeful and wish I could have had a positive experience to share but alas…
