Saw JustAnswer.com on the internet. Asked about a question about my malfunctioning TV which was not resolved as it did not fix the problem. I was charged $2.00 which I agreed to. Then I found out, I have been enrolled in a membership plan and charged $66.00 and monthly after that and another unauthorized charge of $49.50. This company is a scam.After posting my complaint on trustpilot and reporting this company as a scam to the RCMP Antifraud Unit, I talked to another agent who said they will reverse all the unauthorized charges ($66.00 and $49.59). Buyers beware of this bait and switch company, JustAnswer.com.
