I used Changelly to make multiple swaps in the past from my Ledger. This last time the transaction was put on hold, I had to contact Changelly to pass KYC, which I did. The KYC was passed in a few minutes, then their team kept asking for documents, I sent them the documents, and they said that they will not honour the swap and that they will refund the transaction to the initial wallet. This was 14 days ago, and I still did not receive my funds.Stay away from this SCAM company. I have talked with an attorney and will start legal action as the team keeps telling me that the refund requires several approvals from other departments and upper-level management. Taking 14 days to issue a refund to the original address from which the transfer has been made should not take more than a few days, after reviewing the comments on Trustpilot it’s clearly that the company is doing some shady business and scamming their users. Worst company ever, biggest scammers in the industry!
