They are thieves. The whole thing is one big scam. I haven’t been about to access my account for weeks and when I message support they don’t respond.After support ignored my messages I tried to find another way to contact them, and that’s when I realized there wasn’t another way. I also found out they aren’t licenced under the FCA and try to trick ppl into thinking they are by saying they use a licenced broker. I will be sticking with Planoff, I have always loved my experience with Planoff. Find a licensed broker too
