Chat agent said it would send me to a page to make a $1 refundable charge. Tried 2 different credit cards to pay several times each. All attempts declined. Subsequently was contacted by both credit card fraud departments inquiring about a $60 charge attempt by justanswer. Sounds like fraud to me.Received their answer, Why would I waste my time contacting them when it seems the issue would be more important to them?
