My bank, Bank of America has denied my Claim without any proofs provided to myself and I have an appointment on Tuesday, 20 June, 2023 @ 10:30-11am, to forward my Fraud Claim vs. JACOOBSS and or to file a claim vs JACOOBSS and Bank of America thereafter. I’ve already filled a Fraud Claim, (Date of Fraud 04/04/23), with the State of Oregon.I want to continue and further my fraud claim for $45.98, denied by B of A for merchandise, (Welder, or anything else received!); before filing a Small Claims action in Multnomah County Circuit Court; and want to see all documents and info in this CLAIM.
