This company is not to be trusted. My items were never delivered, and they lack professionalism in the way they address customers. The recent email sent by them lacked formality – there was no greeting or closure. I was advised to check the garbage, neighbours, and post office which I did to no avail. They still re-iterated the same automated response for me to go back to the post office. Also, my parcel was meant to be delivered by “Evri”. Why am I being redirected to the post office? This company is a scam, and it should not be trusted. Their conduct and lack of commitment to customer service are unacceptable. It is clear that they are not interested in providing a good service, and customers should look elsewhere for quality goods and services. Do not waste your time and money on this company – it is not worth it.
