Would leave no stars if I could – hideous experience that has left me wondering if I have a hotel booking or not… Customer services less than helpful / didn’t understand and ‘reservations’ couldn’t find my reservation. Started to feel very uncomfortable about the whole booking/ feeling like I have been scammed and asked to cancel and told I can’t. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Follow up – spoke to the hotel – I have no booking and they are fully booked that weekend…. No idea how I get my money back from these con artists.
