I’ve been a customer for quite some years now, bought a couple of games over the years here and until recently i never really got scammed.Recently i bought a game from a seller on G2A whom scammed me for €20, not a lot of money but still.I therefore contacted the seller and told them my key didn’t work, he unfortunately replied some auto generated excuse on where he explained that he delivered the product as intended and therefore doesn’t issue a refund.So i decided to contact G2A to see if they could do anything about it since it’s their platform and therefore are responsible to put an end to the scammers.They however relied some vague answer that they can’t force people to refund keys etcetera, tand therefore i felt betrayed since i’ve been with them for years, therefore i would like to let everyone know that they won’t even hesitate helping loyal customers.The only reason i’m giving them 2 stars is due to me having an overall pleasant experience for years since this accident occured.The platform works as long as you dot get scammed, if so you lose your money.[Order number: 90100074501018]
