Complete scam company. You pay them to book for you and “save” you a bit of cash over booking directly through the hotel. They accept your money immediately but wait till the last moment to actually book (or just never do it at all). Save the headache and just book directly or through a trustworthy site like expedia. Otherwise you’ll be scrambling to find a different hotel days before your trip and arguing with customer service over the phone to get your refund. Stay away stay away stay away.
