Complete scam. They take your money, pay the hotel, and charge you absurd service fees. Then they say your purchase is nonrefundable even a full week before the stay. They also let you cancel your reservation but then charge you another “fee” in the full amount of the booking. I just had a hotel tell me they would be happy to refund the room they booked for me if they would pass that refund on to me, but they still refused. Someone should shut this scam of a website down.
