    Placed an order for item that showed as in stock with estimated delivery 6-10 business days.Received auto response stating”Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide your residential or business address for further handling.”I had originally provided a street address for delivery the PO box was provided as the billing address. I asked them to make the billing address the same as the delivery address but this request was ignored.Multiple attempts to provide information and request a status update received nothing but an auto response saying”Your ticket has been received. One of our agents will reply to you shortly.”Best case scenario: atrocious customer serviceWorst case: running a fraudulent campaignADVICE: Avoid using this company and don’t trust positive reviews.
