This company is run by scam artists. As has already been reported, they PURPOSELY ignore your requests for a refund in an effort to make your return window time expire. I have been emailing these scammers since June 6th to get the return address and, six days later, STILL NOTHING. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER order with this company again. NEVER EVER.
