Would give them a 0 if I could!Totally scammed by this company. Thought I was booking directly through hotel website. When trying to cancel reservation, learned that I was unknowingly directed to this third party website. Was scammed. They won’t refund my room now. They basically stole 668$ from my family. Please beware and don’t book online anymore. Scammers like this company are out there.
