Like all the other honest and trusting folk I spent 0.50 euro (roughly 50 pence) to fill in a personal questionnaire and duly received back a computer generated analysis from this company. I opened my credit card statement online and was shocked to see that 3 transactions had taken place. The first legitimately for the 0.50 euro. The second for 57.50 euro was basically fraud. I have written an e mail to this organisation stating this case and requesting am immediate refund of 47.50 euro. Nothing back so far. I will give them 5 working days and then report the matter to the police and cancel via Master Card. Just an appalling way to do business.
