Thank you.A year ago I had the terrible idea to book a hotel vacation with your fraudulent company. For a very sad reason I had to cancel the reservation and since in the terms and conditions it said that I would receive my refund in 48 hours, I was calm. During this year I have spoken with all the departments of your company, I have sent many emails, messages and I have always received the same answer: your refund is being processed and you will hear from us shortly. They never contacted me, they never gave me an explanation why they did not return my money.I just want to tell you that in Norway this is called stealing and that those who carry out this activity are called thieves here.
