I purchased the product at the beginning of 2022 and not having received the delivery within the initial timeframe, as indicated, it has now become a matter of exchanging emails with many promises of soon/shortly/within 15 days, etc. All to no avail. The mistake I made was purchasing the product without having done much research other than rely on a product review. I am now fully into the “scam” and join the list of the many who are dissatisfied and can only hope that the authorities get behind this matter/company.
