    Had an issue with a seller scamming me with a ticket I bought in March for an event next week! The email support was useless but thankfully read somewhere to talk to the stubhub Twitter support. They messaged my seller for me and my ticket was “no longer available”. I’m flying 3000 miles for this event so was devastated and had already paid thousands, initially I was offered a 125% refund for a new ticket but buying another ticket I was never guaranteed an actual ticket as I was worried it would be a scam again. I insisted on a ticket and sent many comparable ones over and eventually asked how could I speak to a manager or someone who could authorise another ticket for me as I couldn’t call as I’m not in the US. I’m assuming the chat advisor went and asked someone else for me as 5 minutes after sending that message I had an email saying I have a new ticket! And it was a major upgrade at no additional cost to me!! The seller sent me my ticket an hour after and it’s all sorted! Thank you to Mariany for sorting this all out for me! I can now go to see Taylor Swift in better seats and stress free!
