On January 30, 2023, we made a reservation and prepayment via the website. Our travel date is on March 16, 2023; Although we have a Hotel Confirmation Voucher, when we wanted to check in to the hotel, we learned that there was no reservation and the agency canceled it without our knowledge. We suffered because of Rehlat.When we contacted Rehlat, they sent an e-mail that our money would be refunded in 10-12 working days without any explanation (March 17, 2023).However, even after 55 working days, they still do not refund our money. Although we sent a reminder mail to Rehlat 5-6 times, no explanation is given. We cannot reach the authorities. First they victimized us and our money(334.94€) has been extorted since January 30.
