    I am deeply disappointed with the ongoing issue and the lack of effective support. Despite empty emails filled with apologies and assurances, my problem remains unresolved for more than two months. If they can’t fix it, I demand manual transaction processing. It will take 5 min for someone who know what is transaction. I’m now considering reporting to the police (actionfraud.police.uk) and exploring other options weekly. My transactions have been pending for two months, and their apologies feel like they’re stealing my money.
