The phone credit code they sold me was deemed invalid by my carrier. I send proof of this to customer support on their website, and recieve an email saying I’d be recieving my refund within 5 business days. On the 6th or 7th business day after the initial email, I respond to alert them that the money never came. They send the same copy and pasted email back.(I’m pretty sure they were sent by bots) A few days later, they close my service, having completed nothing. I reccomend avoiding this service, you may aswell burn your money because it’ll have the same effect as spending it on this scam.
