I had a family emergency and couldn’t continue the already schedule flight to Rome, so I asked for a refund, they didn’t say anything just that, your flight is cancel and you’ll receive 10.80 euros as a kiwi credit to be used in the future, they not only steal your money, they mock you saying such a thing, what am i going to do with freaking 10 euros? Scam artists, thieves, they are in the Check republic so they could sell americans stuff but can’t be intervened by the authorities here in the US. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! 500 dollars and return 10 euros back. Bleeping Chec republic, they are all bandits..
