I am now seriously worried about this company. After a great deal of stress and time and effort, one of the problems being they gave me email addresses that were no longer in use, I eventually got an email from them saying they would refund the money and they would send me another email when that would happen. I then got a series of what I can only think are scam emails from their address…written in Arabic. I can now not get hold of them I unfortunately replied to one of these emails asking them to put it in English only to get another email back in Arabic. My advice and in my opinion, this company is to be avoided. Following your response I can again only reiterate what I said. It is impossible to get hold of you by email and you keep changing the instructions. You did not address the fact that I had three emails from iherb that were in Arabic. I think someone may have hacked your email…. or your name… if these weren’t from you. You need to look into it. It is very worrying
