Terrible experience. I made a reservation in November 2022, to stay in Camino Real Sumiya Cuernavaca on March 17th, 2023. When I arrived to the hotel they didn’t have my reservation and also no money was given on behalf of Supertravel. I had to paid for my stay directly to the hotel. I file a claim, asking for a refund as I already paid twice. They keep lying that they already give me the money and my bank is holding it. I paid through Paypal so the only way they can have any account info is by refunding through Paypal. Liars, scammers, impossible to have a dialogue with the representatives as they keep repeating the same thing… that I disputed this claim with my bank provider and that my bank has withdrawn the funds from their account, which is a complete and absolute lie.
