Total Scam.Ordered a run and they said it would be completed within 4 hours. I kept asking about the status and they would state we’re almost ready. 72 hours of that and I asked for a refund. Contacted their admin as directed to get a refund. They said to expect it within 3-5 business days. Gave them a benefit of the doubt but on day 7 found out they removed me from their discord and no refund. Do yourself a favor and ignore this. All the 1 star reviews here are accurate and they try to save face by responding but if you notice it is the same cut and paste response. I just disputed the purchase on my credit card and they said they will refund me as clearly they don’t know how to. These guys probably just used bots for all their positive reviews.
