Case 29064344Tapjoy continues to delay fulfilling the final reward in a series of tasks I completed. This is despite the above case having been opened for almost a month, amd one of their own agents reviewing my proof of completion amd determining that the task was completed and the reward should be granted.I believe that these actions by Tapjoy are a fraudulent attempt to avoid delivering the reward due to its very substantial size. This is the only way to explain every other reward (5 of 6) being delivered within minutes of completing the requirements, until the last, largest one, not the first time that had happened to me. And I believe that the multiple delays since their agent verified my proof are in hopes that I will forget or tire of fighting them and they won’t have to deliver.But that will not happen, as I spent several hundred dollars in the game in order to buy enough resources to complete the tasks on time, and have no intention of that money being wasted. My next step will be filing a complaint with the FTC.
