I bought 3 full sets (3x 7) of super cool, dragon eye dice to play Dungeons and Dragons, one green, one red, and one purple. They advertised sharp edges, bright colours, and a dragon-eye moving inside to look up to you whenever you roll the dice. The shipping took over a month, and I received 3 dice (not 3 sets) that look murky, the colours are not clear or bright, the purple one isn’t even purple, and they have an eye that doesn’t move, and no sharp edges.Customer support says they won’t refund because I got what I ordered, which is false. The reference product on the bag is the same as on the site, but I didn’t order a product number, I ordered dice based on a description, photos, and a video that do not correspond to the dice I was sent. They’re scammers. I’ve been looking around, and it appears the photos an videos were taken from other sites that, presumably, sell the true stuff. Also, the permanent « special ofer, last day, 50% off » (with counter under 2 hours) is a lie too. Classic way to have people order without taking time to look around. I’m livid.Notes: I have photos of it all to back up my claim. The date of experience is the day of reception of the dice. Ordered on the 3rd of April, received on the 5th of May.
