As per Numerades reply: An email was sent April 13 at 5:45 asking that my subscription be cancelled. As I stated, I had already went on my account and cancelled it but seeing as how Numerade doesn’t send verification emails for a cancelled subscription, I won’t know for sure how it wasn’t cancelled then. I was charged for 2 months after believing I had cancelled it April 13th but again I won’t know for sure as there’s no confirmation. Not only are the agents rude but the company is rude and the site is pretty much useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NUMERADE. The site will be non existent soon enough due to poor quality answers and being a trash company overall. So so many people have nothing but complaints about the billing and cancellation process for this company. Absolute trash. Was pretty sure I cancelled due to the site being no help and instead subbed to Chegg which is not only cheaper but actually has what I need. I was charged for 2 months even though I was sure I cancelled before my free trial ended. I emailed multiple times and made sure it was cancelled before they charged me again but somehow they still charged me a few days after I had cancelled and refuse to refund me. This company is going to go belly up pretty soon. DO NOT USE THEM. It’s a scam site with zero helpful information. Chegg is cheaper and better along with YouTube. Two months I was charged and they refuse to refund. Absolutely ridiculous to have to go through all of that to cancel my subscription yet again.
