I purchased MyCleanID 6/2/2023. It ran in background and while doing this I could not use my laptop. App wouldn’t stop running so I called to have it deleted and asked for refund. They said I had to wait for senior technician to call back which never happened, I was able to delete app and can again use laptop. They are refusing to refund the $127+ that I paid. Very rude. Hung up on me twice today 6/4/2023 when I asked for refund. This company is a scam.
