ITS A SCAMFor personal reasons I amended a ticket to attend Harry Potter with my family in May, I changed this online to later in the year.They have not amended the tickets and I have an awful feeling I have lost over 400€. I have spent the weekend with their “customer service” department each stating I would receive them in 20 mins to 24 hours. This nightmare started 5 days without any sucessful resolution.
