Total scam! They use manipulative design to trick you into a monthly subscription when you think it’s a one-time payment. You can’t cancel the subscription in the app, you have to call them (this is illegal in Norway – a written cancellation should be sufficient). They took ages to reply. When they did, I was promised a refund that never came – they keep saying they have refunded and “done everything on their side” even when my bank confirms there has been no refund. Never buy anything from this company! I’m this close to take legal action to get my money back.
