Absolute scammers with cruel heartless staff. Cancellation policy is worthless and not complied with. They just play for time until you give up. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal. They tried to get out of refunding me but I got it in the end. Hotel were unaware and unpaid also. Avoid booking with these scammers
