I made a reservation, and when I received my email confirmation, I noticed the ~$100 booking fee, and I canceled immediately, within 2 minutes after booking. However, they refuse to refund my money for the booking that they literally held for 2 minutes. Customer service would not work with me to resolve this. Then I tried to rebook since they took my money and would not return it, and they refused to rebook my stay as well. So I got charged $250 for a room that should have cost $150, and would not refund or reinstate. Scam business practice. Please beware of this website. Never use it.
