I ordered two items on Micas. First time purchase with the company. I returned the items because they were too small and not the right material as advertised. After several SLOW emails, I received instructions on how to return and sent my package out with the proper return slip inside. It has been several weeks – no refund, no response emails (after inquiring) – this company seems like a scam? What is up with them?
