Complete Scam. Customer service is none existent. HiSmile take the money and smile all the way to the bank. I told hismile to cancel my order, 3 weeks later, zero customer service replies, im being ghosted. I did not get a refund, and i did not recieve the product. Scam, scam, scam, stay away. I bought another brand, and what a difference.
