From the purchase time till the delivery all my expectation have been fulll filled. My purchase required adjustment and customer service was quick to accomodate me (change the doll body size and cup size). Received three extra wigs. Got the lunar chinese package with WM doll. Thanks to the team that created my doll. Thankfully she is not an inflatable doll at all, I got scammed by another company before thru Amazon.com. Never got my money back. All her parts are so realistic and beautiful.
