Order delivered quickly, but had US power supply when ordered from UK on a UK website. It also transpires that it won’t do what I need it to do so want to return.Have contacted them multiple times now by email, they don’t answer the phone. Absolute scam, wish I’d read the reviews on here before ordering.UPDATE…Directnine have responded to this review to say they are reviewing the product but still nothing about actually being able to make this return!! Have reported to trading standards.
