Terrible customer service!Someone opened an account under my name, I never received an email on this but did receive an email on a statement notification. I reach out to their pointless customer service who tells me a scammer must have created an account using my info yet I pay Experian a monthly fee to keep my info locked and Albert refuses to tell me when the account was opened. I think they are in on it and allow scammers to work under their name. They also kept trying to tell me I can’t open anymore accounts under my email yet they can’t seem to understand that I never opened one to begin with. The way they handle this policy, unlike all major banks, is a filled with red flags, even their replies were all from different people using a script while I kept repeating my issue. They clearly don’t care if someone opens a fraudulent account which again makes me think they are in on it.
