I booked a flight and realize that on my return flight there was a better option available. I called the service desk and explicitly asked if I would be charged for both and was told no. SUPRISE!!! I AM BEING CHARGED FOR BOTH. This is a terrible company and I won’t be surprised if something else gets messed up because I’m certainly not going to cancel and lose all of my money. Scam artists.
