Expedia

    We booked an excursion through Expedia on May 17. On May 16 we called the company to get the pick up time for us at our hotel. They told us 7:30 AM. On the seventh we arrived at 7 AM to wait. By 7:45 AM they had not arrived. I called the company back and they told me that our pick up time was at 6:30 AM. No matter how many times I told them that I had talked to a human being the day before and was told it was 730, they kept insisting it was at 6:30. They refused to refund our money. I contacted Expedia about this who by the way, I had paid directly for this excursion, not the fraudulent company, and I had paid Expedia for this excursion with some trust that they would protect me against fraudulent companies. I figured they must check out companies before they recommend them to us through their website. They said they won’t refund my money either although I paid Expedia for this trip. I will be filing a legal dispute against them now for $338 which I have lost. I got no support from them and I will never ever use them again.
